He could reveal the council of the godhead against their will. To me that means being more powerful than 8 sky fathers at least.

He was more powerful than all the Marvel Earth Pantheons and Skyfathers. He was powerful enough to repair 98.75% of the multiverse that CK wasted but it burned him out in the process.

Thor also had one of his best feats ever in this mini, with his fight against Glory, the Chaos Kings' most powerful servant. I'd have loved to see an amped Thor take on CW Hercules in the event.

I think its important to note, that Hercules became a Skyfather. An above average Skyfather, i.e. greater than an unfed Galactus, but still a Skyfather. This was all Pre-Gaea upgrade.

PC King Thor would beat CW Hercules pre-Gaea upgrade, but would lose to post-Gaea upgrade.

The Black Winter was arguably Multiversal, it destroyed Universes as easily as the Chaos King did, but the Chaos King destroyed and became approximately 99% of the Multiverse, no guess work involved, and Hercules matched him. CW Hercules should be WAY more powerful and should win.

Also, he had a true Skyfather upgrade. If he focused, he gained omniscience, super-intelligence, shape-shifting, teleportation, telepathy etc. Basically the OF.

Thor is apparently a Skyfather too, but its just lightning blasts all around. Without the PC, I legit don't understand what upgrade the OF has given him. I hope it gets retconned that it was never actually present. That would piss off some people, and also make the most sense.

Regular Thor was able to affect Chaos King at his utmost peak. The gap between CW Hercules/King Thor is waaaay smaller than CK/Regular Thor. I wouldn't be surprised if some combination of God Blast/Energy drain could beat Hercules despite him being way more powerful.

So I give Hercules 7/10.
