Could he beat the Voltron Celestial?

Granted this Galactus was at his most powerful, but he also wasn't exactly impressive. ermm

True but he should at least scale far above the level he was at when he fought the Mad celestials.

Yep. Scaling-wise, this Galactus *should* theoretically be above all others we've seen before.

Above the Galactus who was holding off the Galactus Engine. Above the Galactus who was fighting Scrier and threatening the universe/multiverse. Above the Galactus who was ripping individual Celestials apart. Above Lifebringer. etc.

...But Cates wrote him like an absolute chump, so we never even saw a glimpse of that power before Thor throttled him.

Because of that, it's nigh-impossible to say how this Galactus would do against Voltron, given that he was powerful enough to one-shot a 4 planet-amped Galactus with a casual hand blast.
