What would happen if Nekron, and his Black Lanterns were pulled into the Cancerverse?

Just like the Cancerverse Marvel characters they would recognize the Sentry as their superior leader and do whatever he wants them to do.

That's it? I was hoping for more of a rundown on what his role would be (in Nekron's case that is). Would they be annihilated, or would their presence return the Cancerverse back to normal?

Nekron is like a double abstract representing death and the "empty space between atoms and planets" aka oblivion. The Cancerverse would be phucked. The trick they pulled on Death wouldn't work on Nekron (seeing as how he's Death+). Nekron's minions would laugh off anything the Cancerverse throws at them (since accessing the White Light isn't something they can do).
