An anaconda? In all serious fairness though, if we are talking about the Hulk at his best, I don't see any of the guys mentioned so far beating him.

Oh, agreed. Juggernaut absolutely dominates Hulk, and loses to PIS.

It looked like Juggernaut and Hulk had equal strength and durability in that arc
