Longshot can see what is going on. Is that enough to defeat a genius?

Longshot would have a Longshot in the dark of beating Doom, but perhaps he'd be able to slip through Doom's armor like a form of eclectic funk. Amirite Wondy?

Even if Longshot can see what is going on he might still not see what's not going on. This gives Vic a chance to attack from beyond the realm of possibility.

Honestly dont see Doom doing much to Longshot.
Something will happen and Doom's weapons, magic etc will fail to work when he attacks LS. For example Doom might sneeze
