How powerful is Homelander?

We never really get to know how powerful Johnny is, because we can't really gauge the superheroes of the Miracleman Universe. Nothing they do is that super, but then you look at things like the raining arms etc... Superspeed and a half is inferred.

Very true.

That said, Johnny would rip Homelander's arms and legs off and stuff them up Noir's ass.
