Given the PC and his will power with the added power of a Green Lantern power ring, Who's the most powerful person he could down?

I'm trying to think about what benefits could a GL ring do for Surfer?

Defense enough to have someone with planetary level power. Durant change the fact that planet's worth of gravitational force trying to crush his neck didn't crush it or even cause visible damage.

Surfer can't slow time down to a near halt where a fraction of a nanosecond is equal to several minutes.

He would be actually able to go inside a black hole without getting torn apart.

Stop ABHI. Surfer is FAR more durable than any Lantern. Even with their shields up.

He'd obviously become far more with it, than without it. Anyone recall when he had possession of the Quantum Bands? On the other hand, we can only guess how powerful he would become with the ring for obvious reasons.

He gets them in a future timeline. Yes the very same Q Bands that Quasar owns. The Surfer is later known as the Keeper if I'm remembering correctly. It's from the old Guardians of the Galaxy comic series.
