Not so sure about one.

Face putty could suffocate him, depending on how easily its cut loose.

He has surgical precision with his claws.

And even if he didn't, he can cut off his own face.


Also... putty still didn't kill Mutant Leader, so it's not likely to bother someone with lungs as good as the Hulk's, lol.
