Clayface is the only threat, otherwise Electro can solo. Sandman can solo and Mysterio makes them murder each other.

Bane beats Sandman with a vacuum cleaner.

Don't sleep on Ivy ,either. But yeah I'd give it to the Spidey villains more often than not.

Even someone like Vulture was kicking the crap out of solid peak humans with great skill such as Cable or Daredevil... and Vulture is not exactly known for his superhuman physicals.

Not only they lack the smarts... writers keep making new weaknesses for them.

It's kinda funny when you consider how limited Batman's rogues are.. given how he beats the living shit out of Superman-level threats with his bare hands when on Justice League.
