Connor is supposed to be one of DC's very best (even above Nightwing), but I don't know of any recent feats of his that might have pushed him up or down the pecking order.

It's hard to properly assess his skill level, as he is enhanced somewhat, no?

But he still gets his physicals here, of course.

Nightwing doesn't mind fighting highly skilled metahumans and whooping their asses.
