Which evil scientist wins?

1. Both get prep
2. Straight up fight, no prep

Ultra all day. He's a team buster, able to take on the JLA/JSA. Stronger telepathy, and overall smarter.

Any other opinions on this? Because Sinister looked particularly beastly a short time ago.

yeah i'd take sinister. i def don't see him getting overwhelmed tp-wise and physically i don't think uh has any way to put his form down.

My vote is for Sinister.

Does sinister have any feats that compare to what UH did in John's run on JSA?
