Cosmic Thor vs Orion W/Anti-Life Equation

Hard to say. The Cosmic King took everthing that a universal slayer could dish and won. That was arguably the best showing that Thor has ever had.

He did use it on humans to be good and happy, but realized the value of free will and stopped. So I guess in a forum fight, he can use it as a last ditch effort before he gets his head smashed in. The thing is that Thor did fend off a mental attack from a multiversal being.
