Mortal Herc who is much less as strong as his immortal version vs a Hulk whose strength level cannot increase beyond his base 90 ton limit regardless of how angry he becomes, does Herc have a shot here.

A weaker Merged Hulk beat the utter mess out of mortal Herc. I doubt that mortal Herc was even within the 50 ton range at the time.
