I thought that Sentry was just too fast and strong based on the first fight. Able to continuously avoid being hit by Stormbreaker (Smart) and unleashing damage. The second set of scans makes me thing Bill is just as strong and has adjusted to Sentry's speed to some extent (He did at the end of the first fight by throwing Stormbreaker).

A third encounter would be nice. Bill knows how dangerous he is, and that he can't win going h2h swinging wildly.

Crazy thing is, that's pureVoid sentry in the second set of scans, no?

First set is pure-Void without Reynolds essence (It was in the Surfer).

The second set is Reynolds merged with the Void.

Technically, he should be much more powerful in the second encounter (He casually atomized Nova Prime pregnant with the cancerverse. Crazy feat imo). Makes it more impressive. And more confusing.

Earlier in the issue, Bill casually destroyed the Cancerverse armada that Silver Sentry, Negative Zone Human Torch, and the Thing couldn't hold back:

That's also a very impressive feat that gets overlooked. Hope he gets some sick moments in his upcoming mini (Historically, they've been badass AF).

Sentry is just above Bill. And comfortably so.

What a worthless usage of Sentry vs a bunch of higher tier beings. Use more pages if you have to, but just draw an actual fight. A lot of these modern comics use too many cutaways in place of a battle. The Carvers of the world will use it as "feats" and evidence so they don't care, but I just want to see Sentry actually punching around Gladiator or something for an extended period. Too much exposition in comics in favor of battles. Always someone working in the shadows to fix the problem instead of showing the fight. Just ****ing have bubbles overlayed over the fight instead of cutting to panels of characters standing around.

Imagine watching a show or movie where every fight is 1 minute long of total screen time and 19 minutes of other characters talking about how to stop it. Everytime. Watch an MMA fight where they cut to the announcers and you have Joe Rogan full screen watching like a hawk for large portions of the fight. Capture all his "ooooohs" and "he's out" in real time.

That being said, Sentry wins. Thor would have done worse.
