in all seriousness isnt there a point where a tech disadvantage is just SO insurmountable that no amount of prep can really compensate for it?

tech in the 853rd century is so advanced that it makes even the most advanced tech in the current dcu look like its from the stone age.

so if time trave is barred, what can the team even do to bridge that gap in tech? it would be like cavemen trying to figure out how to build a nuclear reactor.
