Agree with Bullseye taking 1 and 2 easily.

Scenario 3 is interesting, as the allowable prep specifically excludes henchman. Undecided on that one, as it really depends on what gadgets Joker could pull out that will give him any edge over someone who could snipe him with a projectile from several city blocks away...
