Good comparison, think JL does better, a little more versatile and powerful.

the league would die of boredom. seriously they regularly face threats that are orders of magnitude above anything the avengers have ever faced.

Avengers do a lot better. DC baby their heros, Marvel don't.

The Justice League has any possible advantage and a whole lot more power than the Avengers, or do you mean special rosters for either?

To make it balanced, Cosmic Avengers and Byrne era JLA.

Avengers would struggle with a lot of DC's mystic forces.

The Justice League face far more powerful enemies but they don't do it on their own. If the Avengers get all of the prep and assistance the Justice League does, both of the teams will do well.

That DC lineup is much more impressive than the Marvel lineup. Team DC would roflstomp the overwhelming majority of Avengers rogues but the same can't be said about Team Marvel and JLA rogues.

JLA does better, Avengers usually have help from X-men/FF/Various space heroes to deal with bigger threats, and your typical JL roster is more stacked with heavy hitters than your typical avengers squad
