Can Hulk find a way to hit an intangible Surfer, does SS have enough to take down this version of Hulk?

At that level I don't think phasing would be enough. He'd have to depower him which would be difficult

Surfer probably wins or stalemate. Surfer most certainly wouldn't win by power hijacking. This Hulk had full control of his primary power source.

WWH was able to no-sell Loebforce Rulk's draining abilities. Darwin's, too.

Armchedon was unable to drain this version of the Hulk. He was far more efficient at energy drain than the Surfer is. He even drained the Surfer in the past. Banners connection to his power source was too great. So yes the Surfer could dip into the power, but this would not sever the Hulks connection to it.

Not sure what Hulk can do here? Unless he still has wish power.

Surfer isn't draining Hulk (lol) but he does win here.
