Like any "new" character. They also have some nice highs but with passage of time, they always get weaker. Look at Grails debut in Darksied Wars. Within a year, WW was slapping her around.

Damage is like that. Right now, I'd say 7/10 Hulk. Damage doesn't have the power to defeat him

I would go as far as 9,9/10 for Hulk. Damage gets the new guy hype but Hulk has far far more feats.
