Even if you're serious, Foom wasn't actively pushing down, he was just being heavy. Which means you're using a feat where Thor was only strong enough to lift Foom's foot as a great feat here.

If for no reason at all Thor had struggled to lift Jormungandr's foot that'd be one thing, but Thor struggling to lift Foom's foot makes him look pathetic. Glad Foom is only about as strong as a Thor who struggles with maybe a couple hundred tons.
