1. Make a perfect clone of Thor (same level)
2. Make a perfect clone of Superman (same level)
3. Make a suit of armor to match Iron Man
4. Make the most powerful robot
5. Make a motherbox using reverse engineering
6. Make a cosmic cube
7. Energy drain superman
8. Change doomsday back into a normal Kryptonian
9. Make a fake Infinity stone that works.

In actual feats Dox II has the best feats playing around with genetics. Sure Doom could do it but he hasn't done it on the level Dox has.

Stark is the specialist armor maker. There are a few others like John Henry Irons but stark does it best.

The maker has already made a cosmic cube so obvious answer.

For those things that there's no one with a proven track record of success Doom (plus let's face it no one energy drains like him- Beyonder, SS)
