Ok, so holy shit the Invincible Verse is doing some major power jumps. I dont remember them being that powerful. At least in the original ongoing.

BB has speed, but Thor has the versatility edge, and can match his damage soak. If Thor is in the same mind set that he had while fighting Hela and Black Swan, he should win. Otherwise, slight edge to BB.
