No power draining. Lets say there powers are not reduced because they use the same power.

standard galactus loses 100%. we've seen multiple times what massive magical lightning does to galactus. add in odin on top of that, i don't see any way g wins unless he has some massive amp. his showing against thor was a bit at odds with his showing in dr strange though, so if someone focuses on that, an argument could be made that g drains THEM. still, i don't really see that happening here.
