They're still crying over GA and AZ and MI etc. They're the party who can't accept election results unless they win, even if they win, there's a chance they'll still cry foul over something.

A U.S. Postal Service mail carrier from Hudson County today admitted he discarded mail, including 99 general election ballots sent from the Essex County Board of Elections to West Orange, New Jersey residents, from his assigned routes in Orange and West Orange, Acting U.S. Attorney Rachael A. Honig announced.

Nicholas Beauchene, 26, of Kearny, New Jersey, pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Cathy L. Waldor in Newark federal court to one count of desertion of mails.

Beauchene admitted that on September 28th, October 1st, and October 2nd, he discarded into dumpsters in North Arlington and West Orange, New Jersey 1,875 pieces of mail that he was assigned to deliver to postal customers.

This mail included 627 pieces of first-class mail, 873 pieces of standard class mail, two pieces of certified mail, 99 general election ballots destined for residents in West Orange, and 276 campaign flyers from local candidates for West Orange Town Council and Board of Education.

Law enforcement recovered the mail on October 2nd and October 5th, and placed it back into the mail stream for delivery.

The desertion of mail charge is punishable by a maximum penalty of one year in prison and a $100,000 fine. Sentencing has been scheduled for September 21st.

We know how many there were, because the police recovered them, and put them back into the mail stream.

The issue here is that the mail carrier was opposed to mail-in voting, because conservative media told him to be, and the ballots he threw away were supposed to be delivered to a Democratic voting district.

I hope it's a year sentence per letter her threw away and he's not allowed to serve his time concurrently.

Seems like he ditched the whole bag of mail though- just going off your synopsis. The ballots just happened to be part of it?

An auto parts salesman and acquaintance of a former Miami lawmaker accused of running a vote-siphoning scheme in a 2020 Florida Senate race pleaded guilty on Tuesday to charges that he accepted illegal donations and lied on sworn campaign documents, among other things.

Seated alongside his attorney in his downtown law office, Alexis Rodriguez heard the terms of his plea from circuit court Judge Andrea Ricker Wolfson, who is overseeing the case.

Rodriguez, who was recruited to run as a no-party candidate in the key Senate District 37 race by former state Senator Frank Artiles, originally pleaded not guilty on four charges related to the alleged scheme. Under state law, those charges carry sentences of up to five years in prison.

In exchange for his plea, Rodriguez will testify that Artiles paid him to run against a Democratic incumbent with the same last name as part of an illegal vote siphoning scheme, which caused the Democratic incumbent to lose by 32 votes, and the Republican opponent to take her seat.

This is not the first time Artiles has appeared in the news. In 2017, he drunkenly shouted the N-word at black Republicans, but refused to resign.

Especially since Artiles was not a lawmaker when this happened, so prosecuting him does not take a Republican out of the legislature.

The Virginia Republican Party announced Thursday that it is filing a lawsuit to get Democratic gubernatorial nominee Terry McAuliffe off the ballot for November, alleging he failed to sign a candidacy declaration form.

According to the state GOP, the declaration of candidacy document includes the signatures of McAuliffe's press secretary Renzo Olivari and aide Christian Radden confirming they witnessed McAuliffe sign the form, but does not include the candidate's signature, because it was typed electronically.

Virginia GOP Chairman Rich Anderson said in a statement that the lack of McAuliffe's handwritten signature "severely jeopardizes the integrity of our elections in Virginia."

A Las Vegas man is charged with forging his dead wife's signature on her ballot, mailing it in, and then claiming it had been stolen.

Donald "Kirk" Hartle, 55, faces two charges relating to the 2020 election, records showed. The charges come after an investigation from the Secretary of State's Office, which investigates any voter fraud allegations in connection with the Nevada Attorney General's Office.

Rosemarie Hartle's ballot was one of two cited by Nevada Republicans as evidence of voter fraud in Nevada. "How did the forged signature pass Clark County's signature verification machine"" the Nevada GOP tweeted in November regarding the case. "And this is isn't the only case of a deceased person voting in NV."

Hartle is charged with voting using the name of another person and voting more than once in the same election. Hartle is facing up to four years in prison and a fine of $10,000.

The 17-year-old son of Virginia Governor-elect Glenn Youngkin tried to cast a ballot in Tuesday's gubernatorial election twice despite being too young to vote, Fairfax County officials said in a statement released Friday. The statement, which identified the teen as Youngkin's 17-year-old son, emphasized that he did not end up voting and stated that he did not violate any state election laws.

The teen walked into the voting precinct inside the Great Falls Library on Tuesday afternoon, presenting his driver's license to election officials when asked for a proof of identity, according to Jennifer Chanty, the precinct captain there. About 20 minutes later, the teen returned, insisting that he be allowed to vote, saying that a friend who was also 17 had been allowed to cast a ballot.

Texas Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton has been one of Donald Trump's most reliable allies in spreading the myth of widespread voter fraud, particularly in the 2020 election, and frequently boasts that few states are as vigilant.

His office's election integrity unit added two lawyers to the team in the last year, bringing it up to six staffers total, and worked more than 20,000 hours between October 2020 and September 2021. Its budget, meanwhile, ratcheted up from $1.9 million to $2.2 million during that time.

The problem? In that time, his unit only closed three cases, and all were illegal votes for Trump.

False claims that there were thousands of ballots cast in the names of dead Georgia voters can now rest in peace. Election investigators found just four absentee ballots in the 2020 presidential election from voters who had died, all of them turned in by relatives.

One of those relatives is Sharon Nelson, a 74-year-old widow who submitted an absentee ballot on behalf of her husband who died in September 2020. Her lawyer conceded that she carried out her late husband's wishes, though Nelson "now realizes that was not the thing to do."

In a criminal complaint filed on January 4th, U.S. postal inspector David Keith detailed how he found Miranda Farleigh, a 25-year-old former employee of the U.S. Postal Service, had committed theft when she rifled through approximately 4,000 pieces of mail, all of which appeared to hold a holiday and/or greeting card.

Farleigh's parents also played a role in the investigation, as both are also letter carriers. They found tubs of rifled mail in their daughter's bedroom and car, and reported it to the local Postmaster in late November last year. A few days later, Farleigh admitted to opening mail containing greeting cards in order to steal money and gift cards.

Keith's complaint says that Farleigh went as far as admitting that she specifically targeted mail that was intended for a retirement community called The Villages, blaming a heroin addiction as the cause of her criminal behavior.

Seminole County Republican Party Chair Ben Paris, political consultant Eric Foglesong, and former independent candidate Jestine Iannotti have been arrested and charged with multiple counts of election fraud related to the 2020 election in Senate District 9.

Iannotti had run in the SD 9 election as an independent candidate in a contest that critics had alleged was a "ghost candidate" maneuver intended to draw votes away from Democratic candidate Patricia Sigman, to aid the election of Republican Jason Brodeur, who won.

Twelve total charges came down through indictments sought by the State Attorney for Florida's 18th Judicial Circuit after a Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigation. The investigation began in July 2021 after JC 18 State Attorney Phil Archer requested FDLE look into the election.

Jestine Iannotti, one of three "ghost candidates" who ran as independents for Florida Senate seats in 2020, has been arrested on several criminal charges, alongside a political consultant involved in launching her campaign, and Seminole County's Republican Party chairman.

Iannotti faces six charges including the commission of a false or fraudulent act, accepting excessive contributions from a single contributor, perjury, false reporting, and accepting a contribution in the name of another.

Foglesong, a longtime Central Florida political operative, faces five counts: making two or more contributions through or in the name of another, the commission of a false or fraudulent act, unlawful use of a communication device, excessive contributions, and false reporting.

This is separate from the other Republican ghost candidate case still in progress in Miami that I posted about earlier in this thread.

As for Johnson, the bureau identified 9,393 invalid signatures, rendering "him ineligible for the ballot."

Two MI GOP Governor Candidates Ineligible for Fraud

Former Detroit police Chief James Craig and businessman Perry Johnson, two of the top candidates for the Republican nomination for governor, did not submit enough valid petition signatures to make the ballot, according to findings from the Michigan Bureau of Elections.

The bureau found that Craig's campaign had turned in 11,113 invalid signatures, including 9,879 signatures from "fraudulent petition circulators."

As for Johnson, the bureau identified 9,393 invalid signatures, rendering "him ineligible for the ballot."

Three more Republican candidates for Michigan governor were disqualified by a state canvassing board on Thursday for submitting nominating petitions that officials said had contained thousands of forged signatures. The decision sent the race, in a key battleground state, into chaos and dealt a serious blow to the party's plans to challenge Governor Gretchen Whitmer, the Democratic incumbent.

The five candidates, half of the party's field, were denied a spot on the August 2nd primary ballot by the Board of State Canvassers, including James Craig, a former Detroit police chief, and Perry Johnson, a wealthy businessman. Both had widely been viewed as favorites before election officials this week rejected thousands of signatures, finding that the names had been forged and were collected by fraudulent petition circulators.

Records showed the consultants who controlled Grow United Inc., the dark-money nonprofit at the center of the controversy, billed FP&L more than $3 million days before they began moving money through the entity.

The documents also showed that FP&L donated more than $10 million in recent years to other entities controlled by those consultants, who were also coordinating on campaign contributions and strategy with top executives at the utility, including CEO and President Eric Silagy.

Prosecutors have subpoenaed records related to a $600,000 money transfer between dark money organizations tied to an ongoing Miami-Dade criminal case surrounding "ghost candidates" in the 2020 election, according to court records unveiled Friday.

Data Targeting also paid former Republican state Senator Frank Artiles, who is facing several charges related to the no-party candidate who ran in District 37, for campaign-related work.

Data Targeting paid Artiles $90,000 over six months to work on "state legislative campaign assignments to include certain Senate Districts in Miami-Dade County," according to records released by the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office.

It alleges that True the Vote and its followers launched a stream of false and racist accusations against the company's founder, forcing him and his family to flee their home in fear for their lives, and damaging the company's business. The suit cites True the Votes' public claims that it hacked the company's servers and accessed the personal information of nearly 2 million U.S. poll workers.

Trump really wasnt that big a threat to the deep state. He made out he was, and his fans think he is (make out hes some right wing Berni Sanders), but in Presidency he really wasnt. He was just a typical Republican.

He didnt pardon Assange or Snowden. I mean heck he didnt even have the balls to pull the trigger to pull out of Afghanistan.

Instead he just ended up governing like a very typical Republican. Except that he had the nerve to use racist rhetoric. Which is something that might be Contentious (to say the least) and bring out voters in droves to either keep him or kick him out (exactly what happened).

Now if you want a conspiracy, I think there was a far far bigger reason for the deep state to get involved in our UK 2019 election, given Jeremy Corbyn definitely was a legit threat the establishment and deep state.

Conservative Georgia talk show host Brian K. Pritchard, a candidate for the state House who rails against election fraud, voted illegally nine times while serving a felony sentence in a $33,000 forgery and theft case, state officials say.

The Georgia attorney general's office wrote Thursday that Pritchard broke state law each time he voted before his sentence was completed, according to a filing with the Office of State Administrative Hearings. State law prohibits felons from voting.

Pritchard, the head of FetchYourNews.com, plans to qualify Monday to run in a special election for the state House seat previously held by Speaker David Ralston, who died last month. He will face Ralston's widow, Sheree Ralston. Both candidates are Republicans.

But Ferguson no longer lives at the address where he is registered to vote. He sold his house in April and moved in with his wife two counties away. It is illegal in Georgia for voters to cast a ballot in a county where they do not have a residence.

Ferguson's congressional website says that he lives with his wife in The Rock, 63 miles away from his former home in West Point. Voter registration records show that he never changed his address to his new home in Pike County as required under state law before voting. Ferguson's spokesman, Brian Piper, defended the congressman's votes in this year's elections but did not respond to questions about why he continued to vote in Troup County.

Voter records show that 50-year-old Pernini was registered as a Republican. He initially registered in 1991 but was convicted of a sexual crime in 2010. He registered again in September of 2020 and voted, according to Barton's investigation. A number of voters were also independently arrested in The Villages in 2021 for voting illegally in the election. All admitted to crimes and agreed to pre-trial intervention programs.

Records show that Pernini was convicted on child porn charges. And the 2018 Florida law that restores the voting rights of felons who have completed their sentences does not include those convicted of sex offenses or murder.

An attorney from Shaker Heights was found guilty of two counts of election fraud for voting twice in the 2020 and 2022 general elections, according to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office. James Saunders, 56, was found guilty by a Cuyahoga County jury Tuesday, Prosecutor Michael C. O'Malley announced in the news release.

"Mr. Saunders is the poster child for voter fraud. He thought he could outsmart the system, but today's verdict proves he was wrong," O'Malley said. "Judge Santoli's verdict and remanding of this defendant sends a stern message that voter fraud will not be tolerated."

Saunders will be sentenced at the Cuyahoga County Justice Center on Monday, August 28th. Election fraud is a fourth-degree felony in Ohio, according to the state's revised statutes, and is punishable by six to 18 months in prison.

James Saunders, the 56-year-old Shaker Heights tax attorney convicted last week of voting multiple times in the last two general elections, was sentenced to three years in prison, a judge decided Monday morning.

Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Andrew Santoli coupled Saunders' sentence with a $10,000 fine, a punishment to match the severe violation against the nation's voting laws.

Throughout the case, the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office presented evidence that Saunders, who traveled regularly to a second home in Pompano Beach, Florida attempted to cross states lines to vote multiple times, by mail and in person in Broward and Cuyahoga counties.

Sauders voted in both states in 2014, 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2022 but was only charged for the last two instances due to the statute of limitations.

A jury spent five hours deliberating before convicting Kim Phuong Taylor on 52 counts of voter fraud in federal court Tuesday in Sioux City. Taylor faces up to five years in prison on each count. A sentencing date has not been set. Prosecutors say Taylor took advantage of other Vietnamese immigrants by illegally filling out election forms and ballots. Her husband, Jeremy Taylor, lost a GOP primary for the U.S. House in 2020.

Jeremy Taylor ran in the GOP congressional primary against former Representative Steve King in June of 2020. He came in a distant third behind King and Randy Feenstra, who won the primary and was subsequently elected to the U.S. House for the 4th District. In November 2020, Taylor was elected to the Woodbury County Board of Supervisors by a margin of two thousand votes, or 5%. He still serves on the board today.
