Is it an amp though? That's like saying Hal's ring is an amp,or Tony's armour is an amp...by now it's surely standard equipment?

It's an amp and he doesn't even use it anymore which shows it isn't common tech for him and not on the scale of comparing it to Tony armor, etc...

So I am unsure what you are talking about - do you have scans saying he doesn't use it anymore (not art, because different artists can do what they like)?

if deathstroke has ikon as standard equipment, i dont know how anyone in the batman family plans on beating him ever again

Batman has beaten him with the Ikon suit though. One can hack it.

Deathstroke's solo series was cancelled last year, so the future of the IKON suit is murky tbh. It might just be a Priest thing that won't carry over now that Slade is back to just being an occasional Batman villain. We've definitely seen that happen before, where a writer specific change gets ignored once that writer leaves.

He's actually already fought in Batman without IKON, at least seemingly, and Batman pummeled him. This was after the solo series ended too.
