Ballistic: Ecks vs Sever (2002).

Laughably bad acting from everyone.

Good action scenes, and Lucy Liu is smoking hot in the movie.

It's definitely not great, but I would definitely watch it again.

I thought it was a really fun movie.

Movies don't always have to be mind blowing, or serious.

But it's not the worst movie according to IMDB. Sitting through that would be a more impressive feat...

There are several dozen films that have the 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. I don't what makes Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever worst than the rest. Looking at the list, I think I can see worse.

I think the worst film for me would be The Human Centipede. My feeling after seeing it went beyond hate; I wanted to erase it from my mind on the spot.
