I did, along with snorting coke and taking steroids. Now I get testosterone prescribed and only recreationally drink. I have seen all drugs mentioned in this post destroy people's lives. I don't judge anyone, do what you want as long as it doesn't hurt others.

I tried smoking one in high school, not quite sure of the quality of the joint but it gave me a migraine headache and I never did that again.

Now, I do have a brownie early in the evening to help me get to sleep due to rampant insomnia and it helps sometimes.

They do for me when I get into an insomnia cycle, I wouldn't use them regularly though it can mess up the sleep schedule a bit.

I use alcohol to sleep. Edibles would be a lot better imo.
