False, rkt at best is universal. Shazam is Multiversal, in fact every member of the quintessence are. CAs would just blink rkt and all the pantheons out of existence.

In many of their showings, they've appeared to be far less than multiversal. Help me to understand how they can go from between Herald/Trans levels to being as powerful as the World Forger. I mean, are they holding back? Do they have forms that would be too powerful in 3D space? How does it work?

The wizard while weakened had enough power to blow up a universe, Izaya has tanked Multiversal blasts from an ale empowered New God, spectre and phantom stranger and fought to a stalemate that was affecting the multiverse. And have fought Multiversal demons from hell, ion power has affected the multiverse as well, so u see each member of the quintessence is Multiversal, any can solo stomp rkt and Asgard

What has me baffled is that when they combat far less than what you've mentioned, they struggle. Maybe power levels are actually meaningless.
