Personally I think it's really close.


But betting money on 'ol one eye.

Worlds Funnest actually did all the things he should have done all along though. No games, just murder.

Killed about three Spectres, a half dozen Supermen, all eras of DC plus the real world.



The thing is, Popeye has too. He's punched out god and his own creator, survived being erased, survived the universe being destroyed.


A spinached up Popeye could arguably punch Mxy into a 1d being.

There's nothing Mxy can do to stop Popeye from eating the spinach.

Popeye pretty much ignores any and all laws/rules/effects and does whatever he wants.

And once he's spinached up, he punches Mxy into nothingness.

Don't know which Popeye you guys are using, but the one I know gets addraped by Bluto until he has his spinach. There have been times that Bluto clearly had the upper hand and by luck, Popeye gets a can of it before sailing down Niagara Falls. Mxy simply snaps his fingers and turns all spinach into canned chicken. Game over.
