I'm not clear on the exact limits of Goddess of Magic Circe, but it would seem like a bad match-up, since Talisman's specialty is to absorb/negate the magic of others, including gods and elder gods. Her magic cancellation/absorption powers would likely not be a favorable match-up for either version.

Circe inherited Hecate's magic. She's basically the avatar of magic. Talisman will have a hard time absorbing all her magic, IMO.
