Did Marvel just make Wanda the mighest magic characters if not the
Mightest of them ?

Over Dt.Stange, Fate and others in those tiers ?

Why what did they do?

Wanda was always more or less a trash character. That Bendis 'no more mutants' nonsense tipped the scales though and later writers ran with it till the "Life force" retcon.

Then they changed it to a global as opposed to multiversal event.
