Cannon Both at their best who wins in the following:-

1. H2H
2. SABERS
3. FORCE POWERS
4. ALL OUT FIGHT ANYTHING GOES

Windu in all

H2H: Dunno, probably Vos since due to his job he's trained in different combat styles

Sabers: Windu

Force: Don't recall any impressive force feat by Windu in canon tbh, Vos killed that huge creature on Dathomir and dominated Ventress with TK. Guess either way or Vos slightly

All out: Mace Windu wins

H2H: Vos might have a chance, but probably Windu.

Sabers: Vos isn't contending with Sidious. Mace beat Sidious fair and square in canon.

Force: Mace. His TK feats of pushing an AT-TE and wiping out an entire wave of battle droids (including droideka) with a single Force push on Ryloth are more impressive than Quinlan killing the creature on Dathomir to me.

All Out: Mace, hands down.
