Thor takes on magical/mythical creatures on from different universes. No rest inbetween fights. In scenario 1, he only has Mjolnir. In scenario 2 he has Mjolnir and Stormbreaker. No rest inbetween fights.

4. Demon Bear (New X-Men)

5. Gargantos (MCU)

6. Balrog (LotR)

7. Dweller In Darkness (MCU)

8. Smaug (The Hobbit)

9. Kraken (Clash of the Titans)

10. Kronos (Wrath of the Titans)

Thor clears, both scenarios.

yeah I don't see any of these creatures posing much of a threat to dual wield Thor

He'd clear.

The one I'm not sure of is the Demon Bear, wasn't it made of pure psychic energy? Barely recall that very meh film.
