Thinkerer
A Transformer vs a Pacific Rim Jaeger. Who wins?

Robtard
A 28 foot tall robot vs a 268 foot tall robot that is designed to take on super-monsters even bigger and heavier than itself.

Hmm...

Impediment

Robtard
TBF, Astroboy is the size of a child, but has the durability and power-output to take on all the Bay Transformders and Pacific Rim combatants and win.

But Prime isn't above and beyond more powerful to make up the size difference here.

I'm going against the grain here and back Prime.

Gypsy is stronger, tougher, bigger and has far more firepower... but it's slow and cumbersome compared to Prime.

Prime is ridiculously agile and quick for his size and his weapons are powerful enough to damage Gypsy.

So yeah, he might need to settle for simply chopping up Gypsy's legs till it colapses but I'm having a hard time imagining Gypsy landing a blow on Prime.

Robtard
Fair point on Prime's size making him a hard target and his speed. But does Prime actually have the firepower, considering Gipsy is designed to take hits from monsters 10+ Prime's size and weight?

Remember, it took all of the US military days of sustained attacks to kill the first Kaiju and that was a smaller class 1.

KingD19
Prime's heat weapons could probably dig into Avengers armor. His best bet is to try ans get to the control module and take out the pilots.

I'm thinking that for all of Gypsy's size, he's still made of man-made materials. The Transformers themselves are highly resistant to human weaponry yet Prime's swords cleave through them without issue.

It will probably take a number of swings but Prime should eventually be able to do enough damage to the Jaeger... assuming he doesn't get stomped on.

Yeah no, unfortunately Bayformers have an intrinsic vulnerability to human made incendiary rounds, especially Sabot munitions.

I don't know if the same vulnerability exists post Michael bay (As in the Bumblebee movie and Rise of the Beasts Movie) but even then, the massive size and weight difference is particularly immense.

This would be a much better match if we were using, say Fall of Cybertron Metroplex, or any of the G1 Titans. Though if we did use any of those, i'd say the match probably swings far too far in the other direction, but especially so with regards to Fort Max and Scorponok.

Pretty sure several of the Auto/Deceps got heavily damaged by human weapons throughout the films?

By the time Marky Mark shows up in whatever shit film that was, the Autobots have all but been killed by humans.
