Why can't Hulk get faster the angrier he gets?

Goku kills him, even if you partner Hulk with Gladiator, Superman, and Black Adam it's a stomp with the wave of his hand.

Kid Gohan one punched killed beings turning them to dust that was as powerful as Cell (solar system plus destroying character). A Cell junior outside of Thanos using TP would rape him and Gohan was killing these beings with a single punch. Fast forward this to Goku who is trillions of times more powerful and is fighting against God's who can destroy UNIVERSES just by fist fighting. The strongest form of Goku would laugh at Hulk or any Herald or trans tier character. This kind of power was consistent throughout DBS (he powered up and shook the infinite void, depleted of power and tanked a black hole on top of him). Goku at this power would one hit Galactus with the shockwaves killing Spectre.

Sounds about right, as per the tierings Superman isn't trans or herald tier, but is above that.
