Beast Boy and Raven have been getting massive upgrades. 2 of the most powerful beings on DC Earth. Not to mention Cyborg and his tech upgrades.

Uh... this is horribly unbalanced. Quiet Council, at least the ones pictured in your post, easily stomps.

Hope alone would prove a very difficult challenge when she has so many powers she can copy. Adding in Exodus and Emma Frost and Xavier amped with Cerebra... the team gets psychically dominated pretty easily. Not to mention Selene, who alone would prove a very difficult challenge for the entire Titans team with her shadow form and powerful telepathy of her own.

Not necessarily. All of the heavy hitters (Superman, Wonder Woman, etc...) could barely slow down Beast Boy. We're using him at his height of power.

Nobody is taking out Raven. Titans are JL level team now.
