Can Ares win any fight?

I haven't kept up with Ares but pre sentry, in just a physical fight I would say a stalemate or Mr fantastic, and I still think Mr fantastic will pull out some doohickey but I thought Ares got a upgrade

Reed is all over the place, I'm going with Ares if it's a fight with no prep.
