There is nothing from the movies that suggests that Robocop is more durable and accurate. Their feats of durability would suggest that the Terminator is more durable and their feats of strength appear to be exactly the same.
Personally, i would say that the Terminator spanks Robocop. Robocop has shown more vulnerability to gunfire than the Terminator. Robocop has shown that he can in fact take damage from gunfire, as his body becomes tarnished and heavily dented. The Terminators exoskeleten has never been dented or tarnished from gunfire, only extreme force. Robocops head has also proven to be a vulnerable area for him. Also, Robocop needs to recharge himself after an extended period of time.
The Terminator doesn't need to recharge and also has much better agility than Robocop. I'm sure the Terminator will figure out (if his scanning system doesnt alert him instantly) that Robo's head is a vulnerable area. If the battle becomes a question of who is the better and stronger fighter. The Terminator is far more agile than Robocop and that, i believe would allow him to easily destroy Robo in a hand to hand duel. Robocop loses 9/10.

While the movie Robocop is definately more accurate than the T-800 he's slower, and I'd say there roughly equal in strength. Robocop's 9mm isn't doing shit to the T-800's titanium/tungsten super alloy chasis. He might as well not even pull it out.
Terminator wins due to far better mobility and better firepower.
I still don't see how Robocop has proven to have better accuracy than a T-800. Like Robocop, the T-800 hits everything that his targeting system locks on. Like Placidity said, the T-800 blasts Robocop in the head until he drops.

In that case he would have killed Sarah Conner and Kyle Reece w/ ease in the first film. They emphasise alot heavier on Robocops targeting system in his films. That's not to say the T-800 isn't accurate though. Firing a mini-gun till it's empty and having no casualties is not a small feat. This is Robocop peak area though.
When I said more durable I meant to bullets. Thats my fault, I should've been more clear. He is more accurate IMO because I've seen him shoot people without looking many times, he was able to ricochet a bullet off of a metal door into a bad guy's forehead while the guy was holding a baby near his head. He shot a woman between her legs and hit a guy right in the balls with no harm done to her.
This may be a stalemate depending on what guns they get. Although if this is H2H then Murphy goes down.
Yeah, i don't know though man. The only time that the T-800 ever really had Sarah and Reese in his sites while wielding weapons was during that car chase. Robocop has poor accuracy while shooting in hot pursuit as well.
Still, simple weapons is not going to help either one, Although, the vulnerability of Robocops head does suggest that automatic weapons may be effective for the T-800. I think these bad boys will end up fighting each other with rocket launchers in the street

Why isn't it fair to assume that the T-800 could not do the same? The T-800's scanning and targeting systems have displayed more than simply locking onto a target. It also shows probability and trajectories.
