the title is self explainatory

although personally the most badass character period is undoubtedly omar little from the wire.too bad it's a tv show or he would undoubtedly be numbah one on the list

Lord Summerisle (The Wicker Man) - 'cos he can enthral people and get them to commit murder.

Bricktop (Snatch) - A very nasty individual but does come out with lines that make you sway with him.

Bruce Campbell (The Evil Dead) - All in all he's a coward but like Bricktop comes out with lines and actions you can't help but fall for.
