The Predator from the first Predator movie is in Louisiana, seeking a worthy prey. He witnesses Chance fighting street thugs and decides to hunt him. The hunt begins in the city, makes it's way to the swamps, finally ending in the warehouse where Chance pwned the hunting party in "Hard Target." The Predator is full armed, Chance has access to all the weapons he used in his movie:

Chance is a former Marine Corps Force Recon...that's Marine special forces. I say Chance has a good shot at beating him...Chance did make efficient traps in the movie.
I say the Pred more than likely wins if it doesn't play around. The Predator had Dutch dead to rights when Dutch came out of the river..and the Predator trapped his neck against that log. Predator could've easily killed him right there before wanting to go H2H..and letting Dutch escape.
Chance is good...but, he wouldn't be any better than Dutch.
Thats what the Preds do, they toy with their prey, likely that will be done here.
And IMO, Chance pwns Dutch in every way.
