Super Frost was moving at Blades speed when he was actually fighting Blade, Had he moved as fast as he did when was zooming around, he woulda killed Blade.
Also, Blade beat Frost with that coagulant crap, it worked on the vamps from the Blade movie, not the Twilight vampires.

There's like ten of them, dude. These are not cannon fodder vamps, these are vamps that are all stronger and faster than Blade. No way in hell he handles all of them.

Frost was kicking his ass... If not for the coagulent he would have lost.
Hell, I don't think that Blade has ever held the advantage in the fight with the main villain of any of the movies, except maybe Nomak, I admittedly forgot most of that scene. Dracula when he got serious kicked his ass too.
But anyway, Blade notices that these guys are not actually vampires, moar like really sparkly golems, so he does the only rational thing, ****s Bella and goes home.

That coagulant works on vampires; what are the emos in Twilight? Vampires.
Key words, son. "for good". They can be taken down and Blade has a lighter, he could start a bonfire after he's dispatched them all. Going from movie feats, the werewolf boys were able to kill them without burning, simply by doing lots of damage, Blade can do that. Decapitation, mack10 unloaded into the face, coagulent etc.
Blade was matching blows with Nomak, who was extremely fast.
