Kingpin vs. Joker (gang warz)
Joker (Heath Ledger) and Kingpin (Michael Clark Duncan) are both myteriously transported to the year 1988 in Compton, California.
They are both given 8 weeks to build up a "gang following."
Their "followers" can be gang members, crooked cops, lawyers, politicians, businessmen, etc. Whatever they can pull off basically.
Joker and Kingpin can not physically leave the city of Compton and all followers must be residents within the city limits.
At the end of two months, their "gangs" have an all-out war, like grand-theft-auto with all cheat codes unlocked!! Who wins?

Considering if Kingpin still has his money he gets the bigger following. Especially since he was well black. And you've put them in Compton. The Joker, no matter how twisted his shit is, would probably just get shot in a drive by shooting. It's pretty much inevitable for a white person in the 1980's who was dumb enough to go into Compton unless they actually lived there.
So to sum it up. The Kingpin would win.
