Scott does, I believe.
Honestly, I do not remember enough of Scott's feats to get this properly; but, if I remember properly, Scott was punching people through walls and/or being punched through walls.
Durability: Scott
Speed: Scott
Intelligence: Marv as Scott was a moron, at times.
Resourcefulness: Marv...but it's close as Scott outwitted the action hero to kill himself on the skateboard stunt.
All around, though, I've got to give it to Scott.
We need some vids up in har to compare these two, better.
I'm 70% Scott, 30% Marv, right now.
