In the end I will give the fight to Khal due to his level of accomplishments. His dodging ability and his and his savagery.
Though the soft areas you describe wouldn't be so easy. Considering that armor is no doubt very expensive and well forged. Lannister funded.
But yes due to experience and feats I'll give this to Khal.
