Name: Godzilla, from the 2004 movie, Godzilla Final Wars. This is using the latest japanese version that has appeared in his own movie.
Height: 328 feet or 100 meters tall
Weight: Around 60,000 tons
Experience: Terrorized Earth for 50 years.
Physical power: Threw a giant spider called Kumonga over the horizon with effort. Threw around a 4 legged space-dragon that was twice his own size after receiving his Kaiser powerup at the end of the movie.
Powers: He is an irradiated dinosaur, his heart is a nuclear reactor, it absorbs and multiplies the radiation that he collects. He shoots a nuclear-laserbeam out of his mouth called Atomic Breath. Can cause a short-range omnidirectional shockwave called a nuclear-pulse if you actually physically overpower him and get too close. He probably also has a regeneration ability called Regenerator G-1 or Organizer G-1, which was established in Godzilla 2000. At the end of Godzilla: Final Wars, he gets Kaiser powers from Osaki and uses the strongest blast of his strongest atomic breath beam. Fans call this red atomic breath, the "Red Spiral Ray" It was the strongest spiral ray blast that he has ever fired from his mouth.
Destructive power: He easily causes 100-250 meter diameter mushroom clouds, while he was fighting weak monsters. He one-shots monsters that are immune to tank rounds and missiles. The explosion of this beam isn't the only thing thats strong about his atomic breath, there's also the kinetic force of the beam itself. A single beam of his atomic breath, not even at full power, can send a monster his own size, about a mile-up. The beam is supersonic like 2 to 4 mach. Somewhat more charged and it can send three-times that weight over a kilometer. There was this mountain-sized, floating Xillian mothership (it should be over a mile tall). When Godzilla fired an average beam attack at it, it slightly tilted, causing the people standing inside to almost fall over. When he had to go full-power and use his beam on a meteor, it moved hundreds of miles to maybe almost a thousand miles per second. This beam most likely destroyed the meteor (most likely) above Godzilla. The blast was large enough to make a mile-diameter crater around Godzilla. Godzilla was standing in the center of this crater, unharmed. About 15 minutes into the movie afterwards, he caused half of a mile-wide explosion when his beam collided with a beam from Monster X. He never caused any larger blasts until he recieved the Kaiser powerup. After Monster X, who seemed to be equal in power with Godzilla, transformed into Kaiser Ghidorah, he needed a powerup to win, Kaiser Ghidorah has beams that are stronger than Godzilla's and he was able to drain almost all of Godzilla's energy from him with his bite, Godzilla needed to get a powerup to win. Godzilla started kicking the s*** out of him for 2 minutes then threw him up, used his Red Spiral Ray and sent him 1000 miles up with one attack that completely oblitorated him. The explosion was so large that it was visible on the ground, large enough to reflect in Godzilla's eye.
Regeneration, if there is any: Large 50 foot wide cuts and burn marks disappear within 5 seconds. He looked the same at the end of the movie after fighting a dozen monsters.
Speed/Agility: Lets say that at top speed he cant run more than 100 meters per second, his own body height. However he was able to jump off of Anguirus's head while Anguirus was running and quickly send himself 800+ meters forward. He was able to grab and redirect a super-sonic giant praying mantis called Kamakuras into a sharp metal object, and easily tail-whack the American 1998 Zilla out of the air. He can attempt to tail-whack you and then quickly turn around and shoot you with his atomic breath beam if you dodge it.
Accuracy: Hit a meteor with his breath while the meteor was thousands of miles away. Can tail-whack a rolling anguirus ball in a certain direction so that it would hit a giant flying supersonic pteranodon called Rodan.
Intelligence: Godzilla intentionally spared 3 giant monsters (who were likely under xillian mind control) because he was allies with them in the 1970s.
Name: Cloverfield monster/Clover
Height: Can be anywhere from a bit smaller than Godzilla to somewhat taller. I dont think Clover is larger than Ghidorah though. It is 350 feet tall on cloverfield wikia.
Weight: ???, but it it is 5800 tons on the cloverfield wikia
Origin: It says "Undersea life form" on cloverfield wikia.
Experience: Hasn't fought anything yet, only one movie, may be a scared baby monster.
Physical power: Can flatten tanks, chop a bridge in half with its tail, and knock down large skyscrapers. Which is stuff that godzilla has done or should be able to do.
Powers: Has a bunch of parasites. Their venom or whatever it is, after a few hours, seems to be able to explode a human. Clover has no ranged projectile attacks.
Durability: Mostly immune to US Military, may or may not have survived a MOAB, or a nuke. Survived a carpet bombing from a B-2. There is more evidence for Godzilla being capable of surviving a nuke than Cloverfield.
Speed: Walking speed may be a bit faster than Godzilla's. Can jump about twice his own height quickly.
I typed all this. Most people would say Godzilla wins.

The Godzilla from Final Wars shows no relation to the movies where Godzilla fought Kiryu. The Godzilla in final wars is much, much more impressive combat-wise. Kiryu Godzilla is basically the weakest Godzilla of the 1999-2004 Millenium movies. Without the absolute zero feat hes actually weaker than all Godzillas from 1984-2004. Kiryu Godzilla has no spiral ray, he's weaker than Heisei Godzilla (1984-1995). His physical strength is also weaker than Heisei Godzilla's. Godzilla 2000 GMK Godzilla and Final Wars Godzilla all have far more firepower, Godzilla vs Megaguirus Godzilla survived miniature black holes and looks the same as Godzilla 2000. Final Wars Godzilla is physically stronger and faster, the kinetic force of his beam is far stronger.
Heisei Godzilla can break free from -215C temperatures without wounds while a -273C absolute zero blast gave Kiryu Godzilla a huge ass chest wound that took a year to heal.
If the wikia is correct about Clover's weight (10 times less heavier than Godzilla) then he's probably going to get blasted a dozen kilometers without Godzilla going full power. Godzilla blasted a polution monster his own size called Hedorah, a skyscraper larger than Hedorah, and a giant lobster called Ebirah, for over 1 kilometer into a larger skyscraper. According to cloverfield wikia, Godzilla weighs 10 times more than Clover. And even without using the Godzilla wiki for Hedorah and Ebirah's weights, we should assume that the other monsters in Godzilla movies have weights similar to Godzilla himself..
Godzilla's weight is officially, shown in an earlier movie, to be 60,000 tons, and mecha/cyborg monsters from the Godzilla movies have been shown to weigh heavier than Godzilla. Hedorah and Ebirah, arent mechas though, im just mentioning this.

Even if there's a mother that is so strong that it's immune to Final Wars Godzilla's normal atomic breath, theres still the Red Spiral Ray.
You can be so immune that you walk through the normal blue nuke breath ray like its a stream of water, But the red atomic breath can still obliterate you. This has been shown in an earlier movie when Godzilla fought Mechagodzilla 2.
In final wars it one-shotted the second form of Monster X, who was just as strong as Godzilla before turning into Kaiser Ghidorah. If you used a "Composite Godzilla" then there would only be 1 second between each spiral ray and he would fire atomic breath over and over again. In Final Wars he only fired it one time. The spiral ray blasts weren't as impressive looking in earlier movies. But if you give him the same atomic breath firing rate and the same amount of spiral ray blasts as shown earlier movies, along with the same strength of the Final Wars spiral ray for each blasts, an army of clovers or clover mothers has no chance. Meltdown godzilla basically has an almost unlimited supply of spiral ray blasts. Clover's mother would try to hide in a corner if it went up against a composite version of Godzilla.

Most? Are you counting Marvel Godzilla when he was shrinked by Pym Particles? Because pretty much any known Godzilla would wtf-stomp. Cloverfield has no decent feats to be on his league.
