(Norton) Hulk vs Super 8 Alien
The alien is in the city looking for supplies to build his ship. Banner sees him and turns into the Hulk to stop him. Just to say the Alien survived crashing of his ship and the derailing of that train, He was powerful enough to turned over the bus steal engines out of cars, he was pretty quick and hardly made a sound when he did move.

Clearly Super 8 was pretty strong considering that he caber tossed a dumpster among other things, but not sure he was quite Hulk level.
