Which Khan is this, Into Darkness or the other one...if it matters.

Khan was more impressive.

I'd have to say:

Scenario A) TWOK Khan

Scenario B) ITTD Khan

And Batty is at full strength. So no parts of him are dying at the fight.

Khan was still more impressive.

Roy wasn't shown at his full potential, we saw what worker and prostitute replicants can do, while Roy was a combat model.

He's likely stronger and more durable than Khan, as he did easily punch through a concrete wall without sustaining damage and this was while he was reaching the end of his life cycle. Could also be smarter than Khan, as he's rated genius-level.

(And was never outsmarted by Bones, Scotty or any other human)
