New Robocop is durable, he's essentially nigh immune to bullets under .50 caliber. Smaller rounds do superficial damage.
His human face/skull and right hand are definite weak points.

This fight is actually pretty close, and I give Cap the edge simply due to his indestructible shield.

the original Robocop's armor didn't get damaged until he went up against ED-209 with the first movie.

The real Robocop was pretty much indestructible. In the second movie he tanked RPGs and shit without a scratch.
