Yeah, I don't see how Hulk could possibly win this as long as GL uses his head and stays way up in the air. Then again, I'm not so sure how GL could possibly hurt the Hulk. Maybe BFR him? Hulk could probably break out of any construct GL made just as Superman always has. Unless GL finds some way to BFR the Hulk I think it's a draw.
