Vampires have started to turn the last remaining humans during judgment day and started attacking the last RND Skynet facilities to get to the machines synthetic supply of blood and tissue.
Skynet and humanity losing the war send back a Terminator to the ancient past to stop Dracula before its too late.
Pops having survived to the future is chosen to enter the time displacement unit.
Terminator arrives a decade early from his target date and cannot kill Dracula when he is human b/c it violates his mission directives of not harming humans.
he spends the 1st ten yrs as a blacksmith building weapons to fight Dracula.
Shotguns, pistol, anything he can find in that era and weaponize for personal use.

2. Pops after his upgrade to a T-1000
Pops arrives during the 1st Turk battle with Dracula.
soldiers scatter as Terminator tosses them aside to reach Dracula.
Dracula sees the Terminator marching forward and runs to meet him.
10 years to prep, terminator is likely to have silver and a substantial amount of knowledge on vampires
pop has a very very good chance to take this due to such advanced prep
hand to hand +weapon wise if things don't go according to plan then upgraded pops has a good chance
normal pops... no he does not take this, pops couldn't keep up very long with Connors speed and Dracula is more then likely at bullet timing speed
